At Advantage, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. This policy outlines how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled for purchases made through our Shopify store.


Returns


• We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

• Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or manufacturer restrictions (e.g., opened food‑service items, used equipment, custom orders).

Non‑Returnable Items

• Clearance or final‑sale items

• Custom or special‑order products

• Items marked as non‑returnable on the product page

• Used, damaged, or modified items


Return Process


1. Email us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return.

2. Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.

3. Ship the item back using the carrier of your choice unless otherwise specified.

4. Once received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.

Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

• Original shipping fees are non‑refundable.


Refunds

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

• Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after inspection.

• If the item is not returned in its original condition, a restocking fee may apply (typically 10–20%, depending on the item).






Damaged or Defective Items


If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Include photos of the product and packaging.

• We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Exchanges


We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only. 

For other situations, please follow the return process and place a new order.


Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.


Commercial Equipment Warranty


Many of our commercial kitchen products include a manufacturer warranty.

Warranty claims must be handled according to the manufacturer’s terms.
