Order Acceptance and Confirmation:

All online orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Pricing and Payment:

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and exclude applicable taxes, shipping fees, or additional charges unless otherwise specified. We accept major credit cards and other secure online payment methods offered by Moneris. Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Pricing is subject to change without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Shipping and Delivery:

We offer shipping across Canada. Delivery times may vary based on location, order size, and shipping method chosen at checkout. While we strive to meet estimated delivery dates, we are not liable for delays beyond our control. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout, and customers are responsible for any additional duties or surcharges. Next business day pickup is available at our corporate headquarters location.
Delivery Restrictions: We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure that the delivery address is complete and accurate. Additional charges may apply for delivery to remote locations.

Returns and Refunds:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused and unopened items, subject to a restocking fee. Perishable or custom-made items are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned items are received and inspected. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Product Availability:

Inventory is subject to availability. If an item is out of stock or on backorder, we will notify you with an estimated restock date. You will have the option to cancel or modify your order at that time. If an item is no longer available, we will offer an alternative product or refund.

Order Modifications and Cancellations:

Once an order is placed, modifications or cancellations may only be possible if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact our customer service team immediately if you need to make changes.

Liability and Warranties:

We strive to ensure product quality and accuracy, but we do not guarantee that products will meet your specific needs. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product, and we are not responsible for indirect damages, including lost profits or business interruptions.

Privacy and Security:

We are committed to protecting your personal information. All transactions are encrypted and processed through secure payment gateways. Your information will only be used to process your order and improve your shopping experience, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

Force Majeure:

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform its obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations (force majeure).

Account Creation and Responsibility:

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Discounts and Promotions:

Promotions and discounts are only valid for the specified period and may be subject to certain conditions. They cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

Custom Orders:

Custom orders or modifications to existing products are non-refundable once production has begun. Please review all details carefully before submitting your order.

Sales Tax and Duties:

Sales tax is calculated based on the shipping address, and customers are responsible for any additional duties, taxes, or fees incurred upon delivery.

Customer Responsibility:

It is the customer’s responsibility to verify product specifications, dimensions, and compatibility with their intended use. We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect product selection.

Ownership and Title:

Ownership and title to the products will pass to you upon delivery, provided that payment has been received in full.

Product Descriptions and Accuracy:

We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions, but we cannot guarantee that all information is error-free. Product specifications, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

Termination of Service:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, without notice, if we suspect misuse or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms will first be attempted to resolve through mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration.
